Is this an authenticated operator website?
No. This guide provides its own simulator and authenticates no outside commercial affiliation.
How is raw score defined?
A ball starts at signed position zero with a hidden initial wind chosen left or right with equal probability. Before every step, including the first, independently flip the current wind with probability one quarter. Then independently follow that wind with probability three quarters, or take the opposite direction with probability one quarter. Repeat for twelve steps. Raw score is final signed position squared. One whole captured stake covers this correlated path.
What is an example of the score?
Six right and six left steps end at zero and score zero, regardless of their order. An all-right path ends at twelve and scores 144. The hidden wind persists unless flipped; successive directions are correlated. The 4096 possible direction sequences do not have equal probability. Wind-flip and follow/opposite decisions are separately sampled at each row.
What do the weighting modes change?
Low, Medium and High apply square-root, identity and square weights to a positive raw score. Zero stays zero, and each mode is separately normalised.
